Order Processing
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes (this includes shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.).
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be emailed to you. You can also enter your Order Number and Email on our Tracking page to track your package at any time.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Amour d'Agnette offers free ground shipping on US domestic orders that are $20 and up. We will charge $5 for shipping for orders that are $0 - $19.00. Once your order is shipped, we estimate that it will arrive within 1 - 5 business days. Amour d'Agnette is not responsible for any shipping delays.
International Shipping
Amour d'Agnette offers free international shipping that are $20 and up. We will charge $15 for shipping for orders that are $0 - $19.00. International shipping times vary. Amour d'Agnette is not responsible for any shipping delays. Exact available shipping options for your destination country will be presented at checkout.
The majority of international destinations are serviced by our New Jersey warehouse. However, in an attempt to reduce the shipping cost and time for international customers, we have set up a warehouse in Hong Kong for nearby destinations. Our shipping calculator at checkout will determine the most cost efficient shipping method for you. If your designated warehouse runs out of stock, we will ship that item separately from a different warehouse at no additional charge to you. Taxes & Duties
Deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. Parcel Forwarding Services
Amour d'Agnette will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs if you choose to use a parcel forwarding company. Please note that we will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.
- Hand wash delicates using gentle detergent.
- If you must wash in a machine, turn delicates inside-out and fasten clasps. Always use a lingerie bag.
- Hang to dry. Never put lingerie in the dryer.
- Always fold bras and panties carefully, don't crush them.
- Stack molded bras in your drawer, to avoid ripples in your cups. Never fold the bra cups inwards.

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the bottom of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been fulfilled. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please email admin@amour-cache.com
What's your process and delivery time?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
