Your Perfect Fit Starts With A Few Measurements

Your Band Size
- Put on a lightly lined bra
- Place a measuring tape around your rib cage directly under your bust where the band of your bra would sit
- Ensure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor
- Pull the measuring tape snug and record your measurement
- Round this number to the nearest full inch
- This is your underbust measurement

Your Cup Size
- Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, crossing the nipples
- Ensure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor
- Record your measurement
- Round this number to the nearest full inch
- This is your overbust measurement
- Using both measurements, use the table below to determine your bra size

The Band
Should sit straight and firm around your ribcage. You should be able to fit two fingers under the band, no more. Rides up in the back? You need a smaller band. Digs in or squeezes? Size up.
The Cups
Your breasts should sit fully inside the cups—no overflow, no gaps. Wrinkling or gaping? Try a smaller cup. Spillage or quadruple-boob? Go up a cup size.
The Straps
Adjust snugly but comfortably. They shouldn’t hold all the weight. Digging in? Loosen or try a smaller band (for better lift). Slipping off? Try a different style or a racerback converter.
The Gore (that piece in the middle)
Should lie flat against your sternum. If it floats or lifts, your cup might be too small.
